President & CEO
Brandy Donecker brings nearly two decades of construction management expertise to BG Vesta. Her career spans a diverse range of project types — from family entertainment centers and retail construction to historic facade restorations and federal contracting.
Prior to founding BG Vesta, Brandy served as a Job Order Contractor (JOC) for the City of San Antonio, gaining direct experience in the federal contracting environment. This foundation, combined with her extensive private sector background, positions BG Vesta to serve both government and commercial clients with equal competence.
As a woman-owned business, BG Vesta is actively pursuing WOSB and EDWOSB certification — credentials that reflect Brandy's commitment to expanding access and opportunity in the federal contracting marketplace.
The Vesta Story: We chose the name Vesta as both a tribute to the Roman goddess of hearth, home, and family — and as a play on being a female-owned construction company. Like Vesta, we stand for the foundational principles that hold communities together. But we never lose sight of our commitment to order, structure, and integrity in every project we undertake.

We are a general contractor and construction management firm operating in both the federal and commercial sectors. Our federal contracting work is supported by our SAM.gov registration and our ongoing WOSB and EDWOSB certification process.
We do not pursue residential work — our focus is on the commercial, institutional, and government markets where our expertise delivers the greatest value.
